EMC specialist EEMC acquires HF Technology

As of 1 November, HF Technology has become part of the Elincom Group. While its trade name is maintained, the activities of the Wormerveer-based company have been absorbed by its fellow EMC solution provider, EEMC. Next to this duo, the group from Capelle aan den IJssel also includes Elincom Electronics and Metric Injection Moulding Solutions.

“We already know each other very well from the Dutch EMC-ESD Association,” comments group director Danny Langbroek. “As EMC shielding is of growing importance in the development of machines and equipment, it’s good to have both companies under the same roof.” According to commercial director Hans Zijlstra, “There’s some product overlap, but there are also clearly distinguishable product-market combinations between the two.”
