ICT Group has acquired 100 percent of shares of Utrecht-based Triopsys. Founded in 1998, this company designs, builds and manages mission-critical software applications and infrastructures for traffic management, weather satellites, monitoring stations and command and control centers. “Triopsys strengthens our position in the public and mobility sector, where we’re already well represented with our existing brands ICT Infrastructures & Water and Intraffic,” comments group CEO Karim Henkens.

Combining expertise with long-term customer relationships, Triopsys is a specialist in business-critical IT for organizations where security and continuity are paramount. Its customer base is in line with ICT’s core business. Through its continuous investment in staff and its in-house academy, it boasts a highly skilled workforce of 140 professionals. The management team including the current owners will continue to lead the company under the banner of ICT Group.

The Triopsys founders and shareholders, At Hijwegen, Hans Schulz and Rob Timman, state: “We’re pleased to have found ICT because the culture, atmosphere and market segments are a very good match. Just like us, they’re an organization where employees are central and where there’s a deep interest in technologically advanced solutions. We’re delighted that with this collaboration – after our 25th anniversary last year – Triopsys will be able to continue to expand and grow in the coming years and that we can offer our employees, customers and suppliers continuity for the future.”
