TMC branches out to Luxembourg

High-tech consultancy firm TMC has opened a new branch office in Luxembourg City. Looking to enhance its global reach, the Dutch company selected the Benelux country as the location for its 11^th international office, which will focus on IT and digital ambitions. The new TMC branch will be headed by Marc Lefevre, who formerly served as director for a high-tech recruitment agency.

Within 5 years, the Luxembourg office hopes to have 100 “employeneurs,” with TMC’s ambition to reach 2500 total by the year 2025. “Our Employeneurship model focuses on talent development, business cells, total transparency and individual profit sharing, and creates lasting work relationships on that basis,” says Lefevre. “This is distinctive in the Luxembourg market and it convinced me that I should be involved in shaping this expansion.”
