De STW81103 van STMicroelectronics is de eerste éénchip RF-synthesizer die frequenties tot 5 GHz ondersteunt. De component heeft een 0,27 graden RMS faseruisperformance bij 1,16 GHz, 0,6 RMS bij 2,33 GHz en 1,5 RMS bij 4,67 GHz. De geïntegreerde VCO‘s met automatische centrumfrequentiekalibratie ondersteunen frequentiebanden van 625 tot 762,5 MHz, 1087,5 tot 1525 MHz, 2175 tot 3050 MHz en 4350 tot 5000 MHz. De RF-synthesizer is pincompatibel met andere leden van ST‘s STW8110x-familie en wordt geleverd in een VFQFN-28-behuizing.
