Pozyx, the real-time location systems and asset tracking for smart manufacturing expert out of Belgium, has announced the appointment of its next CEO, Rick Graham. With 30+ years of experience in global industry, he joined Pozyx in April of this year as president of its North America division. In this short time, he has accelerated Pozyx’s growth by adding leading US brands to its portfolio. With record-breaking sales in the last quarter and the Ghent-based company on track to close out the year with stellar results, Pozyx is now turning to Graham to take the helm as it continues to gain momentum on the international market.

Pozyx delivers a flexible real-time location system (RTLS) and software platform for global asset tracking and identification based on UWB (Ultrawideband) and other location technologies. Launching in 2015, the company has built a product portfolio with a focus on innovative solutions for Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing. Its real-time location solutions aim to bring increased efficiency and enhanced productivity to smart manufacturing by combining cutting-edge hardware and firmware with algorithms and analytics software to translate the stream of real-time locations into smart data and value-creating insights.

“I’m delighted that Rick takes on the role of CEO,” says Pozyx founder and CTO Samuel Van de Velde. “He’ll help us on our growth path into becoming a mature scale-up and transforming from a technology company into a solutions company. He’s undoubtedly a major asset to the new Pozyx organizational structure and to help position us as a leader in the industry.”
