Dutch data and networking expert Mulder-Hardenberg is now under Irish ownership. The North-Holland-based company announced that it was acquired by data, security and telcommunications manufacturer and solutions provider RWL group from Dublin. The two sides have a history of close collaboration, as both companies work to build and serve European data centers and telecom facilities – RWL primarily in Ireland and the UK, and Mulder-Hardenberg with a reach into the Dutch, Belgian and German markets. By merging, the duo look to expand its reach and to better serve all of Europe.

“We’re convinced that with our experience and expertise, we’re also very capable of building medium-sized and smaller facilities. That’s precisely why I’m so excited about working with Mulder-Hardenberg,” says Robert Walsh of RWL Group. “Together, we can realize all types of data center and telecom projects – from hyperscalers and other large facilities to modest server rooms to solutions for the edge. And now all these facilities can be based on either standard and off-the-shelf products and services or on specially designed tailor-made solutions.”
